Cello or Viola?
Last lesson, my violin teacher told me that if there is a choice to make between cello and viola, choose cello, because there seldom are viola solo pieces and it will be boring to practice as little notes are played.
Well, i will definitely heed my teacher's good advice if i was ever given this choice!

He even thought me about other musical instruments as the room we were using that day have a chart[which is suppose to be for children to help them in learning =p], eventhough it was kinda off topic.
Anyway, what i'm trying to get through here is just that i'm grateful for such a nice teacher who has patiently guided me in music, always giving his students knowledge about music.

This is kinda of topic as well, but my violin teacher did thought me some japanese [since he knew] last year when i was going to participate in the Japan trip exchange programme.
It's impossible to master a new language in one day, so he taught me those more frequently used ones.
And he taught me how to say 'I learn violin.' in japanese. =)
